RACHELL GINSBERG

I’m originally from London, Ontario, Canada, and I moved to Florida in 2001 to pursue my education after years of visiting the state with my family. Those early experiences inspired me to eventually call South Florida home.

 From a young age, I’ve been driven by the mindset of an athlete. My journey began with a rowing scholarship and over the years I’ve become a dedicated runner and triathlete. Completing the New York City Marathon remains one of my proudest achievements and reflects the discipline, resilience, and determination I bring to every aspect of my life.

My love for exploration has taken me to more than 80 countries, giving me the opportunity to experience diverse cultures and perspectives. Through competitive athletics and global travel, I’ve developed a strong work ethic built on perseverance, strategic thinking, time management, and teamwork, qualities I bring to every client relationship.

I began my real estate career in 2003 during the early boom of South Florida’s pre-construction market. Known for my dedication and creative approach, I’ve gone above and beyond to secure the best opportunities for my clients, including hiring individuals to wait in line for days to ensure access to the most desirable developments.

Today, I specialize in real estate opportunities in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach, working closely with developers and investors seeking strategic acquisitions. Over the course of my career, I’ve successfully facilitated more than $100 million in real estate transactions.

My achievements include recognition from the National Association of Realtors, including the prestigious “30 Under 30” award, Editorial Excellence recognition, and multiple Top Producer awards from my firm.

At the core of my work is a genuine passion for helping people discover opportunities that align with their goals and lifestyle. I believe real estate is not just about transactions, but about building lasting relationships and creating meaningful opportunities.

My day starts at 4:30 a.m. when I cherish the quiet morning hours. After the gym, I focus on market research, property analysis, client meetings, and spending meaningful time with my son, Asher.
